First ever post here! I've been looking after my son in law's TNT 135 for years, but now the left indicator starts flashing when revving and sometimes stays on constantly, while the right side is okay. I cleaned the switch, but it still happens even when disconnected, so i think the relay might be the issue here. Since its got LED lights, i'm curious why the relay has so many terminals and if it controls other lights too. Also, does anyone know which wires are for the flasher circuit??

For this I think you need the wiring diagram for your TNT 135. The flashing issue sounds relay-related especially with LEDs in the mix. Some relays have extra terminals if they're handling both hazard and turn signals.

Since the issue persists even with the switch disconnected, check for a short or bad ground in the left indicator wiring. For the flasher circuit, double-check with a wiring diagram to be safe. Good luck sorting it out!

Thanks for confirming, tho im not real sure where to find the diagram. Any lead?

Yes, will continue doing this. I need help finding the right diagram for this!

@msanders20 I've had the same issue with my TNT before. The flasher relay on some models is a known weak point. The part is pretty cheap and easy to replace, and it will probably solve your problem.
For the wiring, you can find some wiring diagrams in the TNT 135 owner's manual or a service manual online that will show you the exact colors. If you swap the relay and it still doesn't work, then you'll need to start tracing that ground wire

I'd bet it's a loose or bad ground wire somewhere. If cleaning the switch didn't work, I'd suggest starting by checking the ground wires for the left indicator and the main wiring harness too. Try looking up "TNT 135 service manual PDF" and you should find the wiring diagram there. A simple multimeter test can confirm if you have a solid ground. A new relay might fix it, but I'd definitely check all the connections first, especially the ground!
